The Western Canadian Ice Race Championship will once again be held at the 40th Winter Festival of Speed, Lac La Biche. You are invited to attend, so long as you have or can get your Basic Ice Race License.
Book your hotel rooms now, you may have to go farther afield, such as Plamondon.
This event is always a lot of fun, so be sure to come out if only for one race weekend this season.
Attached are the LLB event Supplemental Regulations, which discuss gridding rules, racing points, car preparation, and entry fees.
Fees are for the entire two day event:

Bring cash or cheque. There is no MSR registration, and no way to accept credit cards on the lake.
Travel and tow money is available, and prize money is paid out to 1/3 to 1/2 way down the field. We may send more information out on these funds later this week.
